Shannon... hello, my name is Jackie Stephens. Hate to get off topic, but I really need to get your input on my efforts to contact AOP about getting a product switch from Monarch to the SOS version. I purchased Monarch today and after setting it up and going through the lessons, I immediately knew I had made a huge mistake. My son used SOS for two years and I decided to try Monarch based on the cleaver marketing by AOP.

I purchased AOP today and will be calling the company tomorrow. You mentioned on your momlovesbooks website that we could try getting in touch with Brent Molan, the VP of Marketing. Do you have any other suggestions?

Again, I have faithfully used SOS and my son loves it. But this Monarch is awful. Thanks!
